![]() ![]() You ever hear of the A6M Zero also? The Japanese had better naval and carrier operations going than the British or anyone else early in the war, and after that 2nd only to the Americans. You a troll? Because you have no clue then and should read up on that. Originally posted by Neko:This a troll? Or Japan for once in this game is good at something? Just watch out near US PT boats and the Soviet Pr.191M, as those MGs can finish someone in a S-Boot quickly. Most players haven't figured out how to switch between gun types yet, or at least how to do it effectively, so those guys get eaten up by the German autocannons pretty quick. I haven't touched the ships yet, but I will say this, it seems that Germany has the advantage with ships early on. Ships in its current form isnt too much of a mess, but knowing the dev they'll find a way to change it. This limits the effectiveness of the main guns in choppy waters. Soviet ships tend to be aimed at river combat and coastal defense. They do got some pretty speedy Torp vessels (at the cost of torp capacity), and got some really nice sub chasers (MPK-122 and MPK-163) which can be annoying in the right hands. On the other hand, the VMF SSSR ships seem to get access to large guns, but have issues due to them literally being tank turrets. Noticed some RN ships can be very deadly. US ships get pretty good armor in addition to some good cannons and being full of MG. Germans also get access to the memebarges which can take a while to destroy compared with others, their other ships though seem to be easy to take out with machine gun fire, so take note there. Germany and US have some very well armed ships.
